This full-day canyoning tour in Matacanes Canyon begins with the guide providing all necessary safety gear, including a life jacket, helmet, neoprene wetsuit, and harness. Participants start by hiking and wading along the riverbed formed over thousands of years. The route covers nearly 12 kilometers through cliffs reaching up to 12 meters high, waterfalls, natural pools, and subterranean tunnels. Along the way, travelers rappel down rock faces and jump into pools of clear water. The tour also includes swimming in natural pools and traversing caves and underground tunnels before reaching a distinctive 30-meter waterfall.
