Mauthausen Concentration Camp was one of the largest Nazi labor camp complexes during World War II, holding about 200,000 prisoners between 1938 and 1945. Around half of those imprisoned died there. The camp was among the last to be liberated by Allied forces. This full-day bus trip from Vienna lasts about 8 to 9 hours and includes round-trip transportation and an English-speaking escort.
