Then, for 15 minutes, participants try traditional Yucatecan snacks such as empanadas and salbutes. The market visit concludes with a 10-minute tasting of regional sweets and traditional candies. After the market, the group sits down for a one-hour seafood lunch. On Sundays and holidays, the lunch option may change to tacos de pastor at a different restaurant, accompanied by marquesitas.
