Overview

This small-group day trip from Nice lasts about eight hours and includes visits to Eze village, a perfumery, Monaco-Ville, and Monte-Carlo. The tour begins with pickup from centrally located hotels in Nice, followed by a scenic drive along cliffside roads to Eze. Visitors have about one hour of free time to walk through the narrow streets of this hilltop village and enjoy views of the coast. Next, the group takes a 40-minute guided tour of the Fragonard Perfume Factory in Eze, where the perfume-making process is explained and local scents are presented. Afterward, the tour continues to Monaco-Ville, the old town area of Monaco, where participants have approximately three hours of free time to explore independently. Points of interest include the Prince's Palace (open April through October), the cathedral where Grace Kelly is buried, and the Oceanographic Museum, which is open year-round. The route also includes a drive along the Monaco Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit, highlighting the track used by drivers. The final stop is Monte-Carlo, where there is one hour of free time to visit the famous square, see luxury cars and yachts, enter casinos, or relax at the Café de Paris. Transportation is provided by an air-conditioned Mercedes minivan with a professional driver-guide who offers commentary in English and French. Food, drinks, and gratuities are not included. The tour accommodates foldable wheelchairs and strollers, with accompaniment required at certain sites. Infants can be provided with baby or booster seats upon request. The tour requires a minimum of four travelers to operate and is not suited for cruise ship passengers due to timing.
