Overview

The Journey begins in Sembalun village (1,100 meters), passing through scenic grassy fields. The hike to the Sembalun crater rim (2,639 meters) takes around 7 hours, so good stamina is essential. Be prepared for strong sun—wear a hat and use sunblock. On day two, the summit climb starts at 2:30 AM, reaching Rinjani’s peak (3,726 meters) by sunrise for breathtaking views of Lombok. After descending, you’ll visit Lake Segara Anak and relax in nearby hot springs. You’ll camp overnight at the Senaru crater rim, enjoying a serene sunset. The final day features a descent via the Senaru trail—an hour through open grasslands followed by a 5-hour trek in tropical forest—ending at Senaru village basecamp and concluding your adventure.

Rinjani National Park Entrance Ticket The Rinjani National Park entrance fee is IDR 250,000 per person per day. After your booking is confirmed, the operator will check and inform you of ticket availability. The entrance fee must be paid after booking confirmation to secure your trekking ticket. Otherwise, the National Park ticket will be processed one day before the scheduled trekking date, subject to availability. If the National Park ticket is unavailable, the operator will inform you and assist with the available options or arrangements.
