Overview

This ticket grants access to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall near Beijing, including roundtrip cable car rides. The entry ticket requires passport information and must be booked in advance to avoid waiting in line. Visitors arrive independently at the Mutianyu Great Wall No.1 Parking Lot, where they scan their passports to use the internal ride from the parking lot to the base of the wall. After entering the wall by scanning passports again, visitors can take the cable car up to the wall near Tower 14, then walk along the wall towards Tower 20. After exploring, they return by cable car to the station and then take the internal ride back to the parking lot. Mutianyu Great Wall

Visitors must reach Mutianyu Great Wall No.1 Parking Lot on their own. After submitting overseas passport front pages, tickets including entrance and roundtrip cable car are issued. At the parking lot, scan the passport at the ticket machine to take the internal ride to the foot of the wall. Upon arrival, walk 5 minutes to the Great Wall entry and scan the passport to enter. Then, scan the passport again at the cable car station to ride near Tower 14. From there, walk towards Tower 20 along the wall, viewing the right side of the wall. Return by scanning the passport to board the cable car and then the internal ride back to the parking lot.
