When swimming or snorkelling with fins, you must wear a life jacket. For safety reason, if you have consumed alcohol on the day, you are note able to participate in the marine activities. The tour does not cater specifically to religion-based diets or vegetarian diets. Please prepare your own food and there is no partial refund under this circumstance. Liability and Safety Disclaimer Anyone entering the water—regardless of swimming ability—must wear a life jacket at all times for safety and the preservation of life. At all times, accompanying parents/guardians must ensure children and infants are never left unattended or out of sight. When children enter the water, parents/guardians must accompany them throughout the entire duration. Participants with the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity: mental illness, circulatory or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover, or being under the influence of alcohol. In addition, depending on your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join, and no refund will be provided. Participants with medical conditions not mentioned above must inquire before making a reservation. Refunds or compensations cannot be requested if no prior inquiry is made or if the condition is only reported on the activity day. Participants must ensure they are in good health. If a participant conceals their condition or joins the activity while being unfit to do so, they shall assume full responsibility for any resulting accidents, injuries, or health complications. For participants with limited mobility, please be sure to consult our customer service team in advance to confirm whether you can participate in the tour. Liability and Safety Disclaimer For your safety, all marine activities must be conducted strictly within designated areas monitored by lifeguards. All behaviors and activities during free time are strictly the personal responsibility of the participant.
