Group size: 2 persons. In the event that the tour is not formed, travelers will be contacted via SNS or email the day before. We will contact guests via SNS the day before. Please refrain from consuming alcohol on the day of the activity. Participants who are intoxicated or hungover on the day of the activity will not be allowed to participate and will be charged the full fee. Late arrivals or no-shows will be considered a same-day cancellation and will be charged the full amount. Women can still participate in water activities during their menstrual period. Cancellation due to menstruation will incur fees in accordance with the cancellation policy. In the event of inclement weather or adverse sea conditions, the itinerary may be changed to two dive sites. No refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding. In the event of a change or cancellation due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or adverse sea conditions, the supplier will offer customers a refund or date change. If a traveler fails to assemble at the designated location by the specified time, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture of participation in the activity, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. If health-related issues are not disclosed during booking, preventing participation on the day of the activity, no refunds or compensation will be provided. If a diving activity is interrupted due to the customer's own reasons, it will be regarded as the traveler voluntarily abandoning the activity, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. The supplier reserves the right to make the final decision regarding permission for diving activities in the event of any disputes or factors that may endanger life safety, including the right to modify, suspend, change, or terminate the diving activity content at any time.
