If travelers cancel due to unwillingness to participate because of rain, rescheduling or refunds will not be possible. As sea turtles are wild animals, there is no guarantee of seeing them. If you do not encounter them on the day, refunds cannot be issued. In the event of force majeure factors such as typhoons or unfavorable sea conditions, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, and will provide notification one day in advance. Prescription masks are available for an additional 1,000 JPY per pair (cash payment) on-site. If you require a prescription mask, please note it in advance when making your reservation for arrangement. If you do not use a prescription mask, it is recommended to bring your own disposable contact lenses to ensure comfortable underwater vision. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 20 or above, and the registration form must be signed by the guardian. If the traveler cannot arrive at the meeting point on time on the day, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and no refund will be issued. Please use the restroom before participating in the tour (there are no restroom facilities nearby at the site). Parking fees are approximately 1,000-2,000 JPY, to be borne by the traveler.
