During the Gochujang-making experience, please be careful to avoid contact with the eyes. Children should participate under close supervision of their guardians. One Gochujang-making set is provided per person aged 7 and above. For safety reasons, children under 7 must share one set with their guardian. The suspension bridge may sway slightly while walking, so travelers with a strong fear of heights should consider this before joining the Majang Lake route. The scenery at Byukchoji Gardens changes throughout the year, and the types and amount of flowers in bloom vary depending on the season and weather conditions.

For private tours, please select the package according to the actual number of participants. If the actual number of guests does not match the selected package, the service cannot be provided, and any resulting loss will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Vehicle reference for 1–5 guests: Kia Carnival – accommodates up to 5 passengers and up to 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage. Vehicle reference for 6–8 guests: Hyundai Staria – accommodates up to 6 passengers with up to 6 pieces of 28-inch luggage. For 7–8 passengers, suitcases and other bulky items that occupy additional vehicle space cannot be accommodated. Wheelchairs, strollers, and other items that occupy vehicle space will each be counted as one piece of luggage. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle, except water. If the vehicle is soiled by vomiting, food, drinks, or bodily waste, a special cleaning fee starting from KRW 150,000 will be charged. Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance. The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 on the day before departure. Customer-requested cancellations made on the day before departure or on the departure date are non-refundable. Travel insurance and personal accident insurance are not included in this tour. For your travel protection, guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance before departure. Private charters are available for pick-up and drop-off within Seoul city limits only. The service is based on 10 hours, and overtime is charged at KRW 25,000 per hour, payable directly to the driver in cash on-site. Child seats are available for an additional fee of KRW 15,000 each. A maximum of 2 child seats can be provided per vehicle. Please pay the fee directly to the driver in cash on-site. The total number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. If you have a large amount of luggage, please select a larger vehicle option when booking. If the vehicle cannot accommodate the actual number of passengers or luggage, the trip may be unable to proceed, and the operator will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
