The tour begins with a 20-minute guided visit in English at the Fragonard Perfume Museum in Paris, located next to the Opera Garnier. The museum displays a collection of ancient fragrance bottles and objects that illustrate three thousand years of perfume history, from the time of the Pharaohs to the Second Empire. The guide explains the origins of perfume, its cultural and social uses, and highlights the flower featured in the current "Flower of the Year" Eau de Toilette. After the museum visit, participants take part in a 15-minute perfume making class. During this class, they learn about the olfactory pyramid and practice recognizing three blended scents used in the featured fragrance. Under the instructor's guidance, each participant creates and personalizes a 12 ml Eau de Toilette spray to take home. The experience includes all taxes, fees, and live entertainment.
