This 2.5-hour tour begins with a train ride from Rome to Frascati, offering views of the Roman countryside. Upon arrival, a local guide meets the group at Frascati Station and leads a short walk around the town to see notable spots. The group then visits a family-owned wine cellar where two types of local wines are tasted along with meats and cheese. After the tasting, participants take part in a hands-on pasta making session. Wearing aprons, they mix ingredients to prepare traditional Roman pasta dough while enjoying wine. The pasta is then cooked and served with a choice of Roman sauces, accompanied by wine and snacks, forming the dinner portion of the experience. The visit ends with a tour of the wine cave before returning to Rome. Gluten-free pasta is available on request, though cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.
