At El Yunque, participants spend three hours hiking moderate trails in the tropical rainforest. The hike leads to a river pool where guests can choose between adventurous activities such as sliding down a 20-foot natural water slide, cliff jumping from different heights, and swinging on ropes into clear pools, or relaxing at waterfalls. San Juan

Guests are picked up in San Juan and travel across the island toward El Yunque. The guide shares informative and entertaining facts about Puerto Rico during the roughly one-hour drive.

The vehicle passes Luquillo Beach and a well-known local food area. There is no stop here but the guide points out the spots as the group continues toward El Yunque.

El Yunque National Forest

After arriving at El Yunque, participants prepare for a moderate hike through the rainforest lasting about three hours. The hike leads to a river pool area where guests can slide down a natural 20-foot water slide, jump off cliffs of various heights, and swing into pools using ropes. Guests may choose either to take part in these activities or relax by the waterfalls. Life jackets and helmets are required during these water activities. After finishing, the group returns to the starting point and then back to San Juan.
