The tour lasts about one hour and uses two-person kayaks equipped with life jackets and paddles. Guides assist with entering and exiting the kayaks, which involves stepping down about two feet from the dock into the water. The tour begins at the launch site located across the street from the Condado Ocean Club resort. At 6 PM tours, paddlers launch at sunset and return after dark, with LED lights illuminating the water. Other tour times start and end fully after dark. During the tour, paddlers travel across the lagoon, passing under a historic bridge and enjoying 360-degree views of the city lights around the lagoon. Guides provide information about Puerto Rico’s history and local points of interest. Wildlife such as small fish, sea stars, and resting iguanas in the mangroves may be spotted along the route. Complimentary storage lockers are available for personal belongings, but users assume responsibility for their items. Parking fees and gratuities are not included.
