Upon arrival, guides provide safety instructions and distribute necessary equipment, including life jackets, wetsuits, helmets with lamps, towels, and umbrellas. Visitors walk along trails in the reserve and receive a Mayan welcome before entering the underground river system. The cave tour covers up to one kilometer and involves walking and swimming through natural crystal caves, lasting about one and a half hours. Bottled water and lunch are included.
