The session includes hands-on preparation of three different dough types used for pizza and pasta. The group is kept small, with a maximum of 16 people per instructor, to allow personalized guidance throughout the class. During the workshop, travelers make pizza and pasta from scratch, learning traditional Italian techniques. The class also includes tastings of tiramisù and Limoncello. Wine from the venue’s own vineyard is served without limit throughout the meal. A cooking booklet in PDF format is provided for reference. Two free round-trip transports are included between the Laurentina metro stop and the cooking venue. Additional alcoholic drinks and carbonated beverages are not included but can be purchased with moderation.
