This cooking class takes place in a kitchen located in the heart of Rome. Over two and a half hours, a professional chef guides up to 12 participants through the preparation of a traditional Italian pizza and tiramisu. The class begins with making the pizza dough from scratch, followed by choosing and adding toppings. Next, participants prepare the classic tiramisu dessert using all provided ingredients. Beverages included are a glass of wine or a soft drink, a choice between a shot of Limoncello or hot coffee, and water. At the end of the session, everyone eats the pizza and tiramisu they have made. Vegetarian, nut-free, and alcohol-free options are available. Gluten-free pizza can be provided on request, but wheat flour is used in the kitchen, so contamination cannot be fully avoided for those with celiac disease.
