Overview
This 2.5-hour cooking class in central Rome takes place near Piazza Navona, where a local chef guides you through making fresh Fettuccine and Maltagliati pasta by hand. You also learn how to prepare an Italian Spritz cocktail. After the hands-on session, you sit down to enjoy your pasta dishes - Maltagliati with basil pesto and Fettuccine with tomato sauce - along with bruschetta, tiramisù dessert, a glass of wine or soft drink, water, and your choice of Limoncello or hot coffee. The class size is limited to 12 participants to allow for personal attention.
