Participants start by meeting at the company’s store location 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This half-day rafting trip lasts about three hours on the Royal Gorge river near Cañon City. A professional guide leads the group through whitewater rapids, providing required river gear for safety. The trip includes a driver/guide who handles transportation and navigation. Water shoes or sandals that strap securely to the feet are recommended, while Crocs are not allowed. Wetsuit rentals and souvenir photos are not included but can be purchased separately. Gratuities are not covered in the price.
