The Conciergerie is open from 09.30-18.00, but will be closed on 1 May and 25 December. Last entry time is 17:30. Admission is free on the first Sunday of January, February, March, November and December and during European Heritage Days (3rd weekend of September each year)
Free admission is granted to children under 18, EU citizens aged 18 to 25, disabled people and one accompanying adult, French job seekers, and holders of the Education Pass. A valid photo ID must be presented at the ticket office before entering the monument. Please note that entry to the monuments is free for all visitors the first Sunday of the months January-March and November-December as well as the third weekend of September EEA (European Economic Area) nationals or residents (for over 4 months) get a €7 discount on the Sainte-Chapelle / Conciergerie combined ticket. A valid ID is required. If you cannot prove eligibility, the full price must be paid on site. EEA countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

How to get there By train: Take the RER B/C and stop at Saint-Michel. From Saint-Michel, cross the bridge and enter in the City Island, the Sainte-Chapelle and Conciergerie are located just a bit further By metro: Take Line 4 and stop at Cité or take Lines 1/7/11/14 and stop at Châtelet Please note: from November 18 to visit the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie, visitors coming through the Pont au Change/Châtelet bridge (right bank) need to present their ticket at the pre-screening at the Tour de l'Horloge and visitors coming from the Pont Saint Michel Bridge (left bank) at the Quai des Orfèvres/Boulevard du Palais
