The session lasts about two hours and is designed for beginners, with instructions given patiently in English. The program covers the basics of Kendo posture, footwork, and use of the Shinai, a bamboo sword. The training includes a supervised match-style Kendo practice where participants can apply what they have learned in a safe environment. Those with martial arts or Kendo experience have the option to spar with a Kendo master who holds a title. The dojo also displays authentic Samurai artifacts and historical items related to Samurai culture and Bushidō, which are explained clearly during the session. Facilities include air conditioning, showers, and changing rooms for comfort. Participants may take photos and videos while wearing full Samurai gear. The location is easily accessible within Osaka city and all necessary equipment and fees are included.
