This one-hour tour takes place along the San Diego coast in La Jolla, where a marine biologist leads a walk through the tide pools to observe marine wildlife in the intertidal zone. The guide has over fifteen years of experience teaching marine biology and outdoor education to youth and adults, providing detailed information about the species found in the tide pools. Participants will walk on uneven terrain and stairs, so this activity is not suitable for wheelchair users. A digital photo album is included with the tour. Closed-toe shoes or strapped sandals that can get wet are required but not provided. Gratuities are not included.
