Overview

"Sankei-en" represents the mountains, countryside, and sea of Hiroshima One is a mountain zone that makes use of natural forests, and there is a "three-tiered waterfall" with a height difference of about 14 meters. Next, the Sato Zone is inspired by Satoyama, such as Kamo Daichi and Sera Plateau, and includes a bamboo grove, a plum grove, a reservoir (Sato Pond), and a maple valley. The other zone is the sea zone representing the Seto Inland Sea, with the Nakajima group and bridges in the ocean, and Shiomi-tei, a Sukiya feng shui floating architecture reminiscent of Miyajima. In this way, it was named "Sankei-en" after the three landscapes of Hiroshima: mountains, village, and sea.

Free for Physical Disability Certificate holders / Medical Rehabilitation Certificate (Ryoiku Techo) holders / War Disabled Certificate holders / Mental Disability Certificate holders (The relevant original certificate/booklet must be presented.) Elementary, junior high, and high school students accompanied by an adult (aged 20 or over) Free for Foreign international students currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution in Hiroshima Prefecture (An HIC Card (Hiroshima International Center Card) must be presented.) Visitors eligible for fee exemption must present the required valid documentation at the reception counter before entering the park. Standard admission fees will apply if the proper documentation is not presented. Hospital consultation tickets are invalid.
Do not bring any food or drink into the park. (Except food for infants and children and special food for allergies) Please refrain from bringing pets. (Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are exceptions.) Please refrain from eating outside food inside the park. Visitors bringing packed lunches or picnics are requested to use Chuo Shinrin Park or the Park Center. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire park. Please stay out of the garden beds and shrubbery. Please use the Main Gate for entry and exit. (Exceptions may apply during special event periods.) Refunds cannot be made after admission.
