This hiking tour lasts about four days and covers the route to the Lost City near Santa Marta. The guides are local experts trained by SENA with experience in sharing cultural, historical, and anthropological information about the indigenous communities and the region. The trek supports local indigenous and peasant communities through contributions aimed at improving their quality of life. Meals included during the tour are breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Pickup service is offered to start the hike. Drinks and assistance with carrying luggage are not included. Participants can leave luggage they do not want to bring at the Expotur main office without extra cost. For those not returning to Santa Marta on the last day, luggage can be sent to the route's endpoint at El Mamey for pickup before continuing to the next destination. Travelers are advised to have the yellow fever vaccine as a precaution before the tour.
