Overview

The Santorini Wrangler Jeep Afternoon Convoy Tour with Dinner lasts about five hours and begins with a hotel pickup by a professional driver. Guests are driven to the convoy meeting point, timed to coincide with the sunset. An English-speaking guide leads the convoy in the lead vehicle, while participants with a valid driver’s license can drive one of six manual or one automatic Wrangler Jeep. Those who prefer not to drive may ride in the lead vehicle, which accommodates up to three passengers per reservation. The tour follows sandy and rocky paths to less accessible areas of Santorini, passing several points of interest. The convoy stops first for panoramic views of Pyrgos village, then makes a short 15-minute break at the Windmills of Emporio overlooking southern Santorini. Next is a 10-minute photo stop at Vlychada Beach. The group then spends 30 minutes at Eros Beach, where guests can swim or relax at the Theros beach bar. The route continues past the oldest village on the island, Akrotiri, and the nearby lighthouse area. The final stop is a 40-minute walking tour in Megalochori village, where a traditional Greek light dinner is served. The tour includes roundtrip hotel transfer, dinner, fuel, VHF-PMR communication devices for all vehicles, Bluetooth music devices for each Jeep, and the use of a fully functional, insured, topless Wrangler Jeep. Extreme off-roading is not part of the itinerary due to terrain and safety considerations.
