Overview

Passengers board a traditional red, white, and blue riverboat to begin a fully narrated cruise along the Savannah River lasting about 90 minutes. The vessel features a glass-enclosed, climate-controlled dining and observation deck with panoramic views, an open-air patio, and upper deck bench seating. While cruising, the Captain shares stories and historic facts about Savannah’s modern port and the international ships that dock there. The cruise travels downriver to Old Fort Jackson, known for housing one of the largest and oldest original artillery pieces in the United States. There are photo opportunities of Savannah’s historic riverfront and skyline throughout the journey, particularly near Old Fort Jackson and along Historic River Street, a waterfront promenade lined with shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. A bar and grille are available on the top deck for drinks and snacks during the trip.
