The tour centers around scuba diving in two of the most well-known cenotes in the Dos Ojos Park: Barbie Line and Batcave. These underwater caves are famous for their speleothems, mineral formations found inside the caverns, which attract divers from around the world. The activity takes place over about 7 hours and includes transportation from a meeting point in Playa del Carmen. A professional multilingual guide leads the dive, providing scuba equipment rental at no extra cost. Throughout the day, participants receive snacks and refreshments, as well as a typical Mexican lunch. Entrance fees to the cenotes are not included in the price. This dive is designed for certified scuba divers with at least an Open Water certification and requires that participants have not dived within the last six months. The tour is not recommended for those who have back problems, heart issues, or are pregnant, and divers should avoid flying for 12 to 18 hours after the dive. The minimum age for participation is 15 years.

• We meet at 8am at the predetermined location, the dive gear will already be in the vehicle. • The drive to Dos Ojos is around 45min. During this time, we will explain how this famous cenote system is made up of multiple lines including Barbie Line and Bat Cave. • Your guide will review your dive experience and offer tips for cavern navigation. • Once on site, you will prepare your equipment and complete a full safety inspection. • We will explore the entrance areas and learn about the two distinct dive routes before entering the water. • A full dive briefing will be conducted before the first dive. • The surface interval will be determined based on the first dive. • After completing both dives on two different lines, we will enjoy a meal together (or sandwiches depending on availability). • Return to Playa del Carmen is between 2:30pm and 3pm.
