Overview

This half-day hiking tour from Seattle combines about two hours of moderate walking on a 3-mile trail through old-growth forest along the Snoqualmie River to Twin Falls. The trail includes several short inclines lasting around eight minutes each. After the hike, the group drives to Snoqualmie Falls, a 270-foot waterfall viewed from multiple platforms. The drive passes through North Bend, known for its connection to the TV show Twin Peaks, and the historic logging town of Snoqualmie, where old steam locomotives and a depot from 1890 can be seen. Before returning to Seattle, the tour stops at Borst Lake, where Mount Si is often reflected in the water. Bottled water and air conditioning during vehicle transfers are included.
