一 Service Introduction 一 Vehicle Usage Time: 8-hour vehicle usage for round trips within Sendai city. Departure Time & Location: According to passenger's request. Trip Distance: The total distance traveled must be within 250 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). Service Hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver Language: Drivers are randomly assigned Chinese, Japanese, or English speakers, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle. Vehicle Type: Comfortable 5-seater (including infants and children) (Can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Comfortable 7-seater (including infants and children) (Can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Business 10-seater (including infants and children) (Can carry 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Minibus 18-seater (including infants and children) (Can carry 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended that you book a suitable vehicle type to be able to carry all your luggage. The total duration of the chartered car service is 8 hours. The pick-up and drop-off points are hotels or B&Bs in Sendai city (empty driving time will be reserved for the driver for pick-up and drop-off in different places, or additional fees will be required). Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange a reasonable departure time to fully enjoy the attractions. 3. Empty car fee: There may be a price difference for departures or ends in different places. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after the order is placed. 4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friend setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in a timely manner). 5. After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication about the itinerary and vehicle arrangements. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the vehicle is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance. 6. An overtime fee/excess kilometer fee will be charged if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or trip distance. 7. A fee of JPY 300/kilometer will be charged for total travel exceeding 250 kilometers. 8. For consecutive orders, if you stay in a city outside Sendai, you will need to subsidize the driver's accommodation fee separately: 8,000 JPY. 9. Overtime rentals due to traffic congestion will be charged regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
