Overview
Experience traditional Chinese calligraphy in Shanghai. Learn brush calligraphy with a local teacher who has over 10 years of teaching experience, and gain insight into the development of Chinese calligraphy and the culture of Chinese characters. This course is suitable for beginners with no prior calligraphy experience. The teacher will provide guidance based on each participant's learning progress, helping you master basic brushstroke techniques and common strokes, and complete your own calligraphy artwork. This course offers flexible booking. You can book and attend during business hours without waiting for a fixed start time. The course duration is approximately 1.5 hours, calculated from your arrival at the classroom, making your Shanghai travel arrangements more relaxed and free. After the course, each participant can take home their completed calligraphy artwork, and choose to write it on a mini scroll or a traditional fan, as a travel souvenir with Chinese cultural characteristics. The course is taught in small groups, providing ample practice time and personalized guidance, suitable for individuals, couples, parent-child families, and friends to attend together.
