Overview

This is a group cooking class lasting about three hours held in Sorrento. The session focuses on preparing traditional Sorrentine dishes chosen by the chef, using fresh ingredients harvested from the on-site garden. The cooking methods and recipes come from a family tradition passed down through generations. The class is led by the chef Mama, who shares the family’s culinary knowledge. The ingredients used are all seasonal and locally grown in the garden attached to the kitchen, embodying a zero-kilometer food approach. This means you will work directly with products picked fresh from the garden to the table during the meal. At the end of the class, participants eat the dishes they have prepared. Included in the experience are private transportation to the location, an apron and all necessary kitchen tools, a personalized gift, a tasting of limoncello, alcoholic beverages, and either lunch or dinner depending on the chosen class time. The operator provides all recipe secrets used during the class. Gratuities are not included.
