This is a two-hour surf lesson in Cascais designed for beginners or those wanting to improve their surfing skills. A certified surf instructor leads the session, combining warm-ups, theory, and practical time in the water. The instructor selects the best beach between Guincho and Carcavelos based on current sea conditions and the participant’s skill level. Surfboards, wetsuits, and leashes are provided along with sport insurance. Participants have time to practice and receive feedback during the lesson to improve their technique.
