Surf Lessons on the North Shore of Oahu with Turtle Tour

Overview
This 90-minute surf lesson on Oahu’s North Shore is led by a Hawaiian lifeguard with over 20 years of experience teaching beginners. The instructor brings her dogs along and provides all necessary equipment, including a surfboard, rash guard, and leash. During the lesson, participants will practice riding waves typical of Hawaii and have opportunities to see sea turtles up close, which are included in the free turtle tour. The session focuses on basic surfing skills suitable for new surfers. Food, drinks, and transportation to and from the location are not provided.

Equipment Setup and Beach Lesson
Participants will be provided with all necessary equipment and receive a 15-minute lesson on the beach. The remaining time will be spent in the ocean practicing beginner-level waves. Classes last 90 minutes and include all equipment. Instruction is focused on beginners learning to surf.
