Delhi to Agra Drive

In the early morning, a private air-conditioned vehicle collects the traveler from their accommodation in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida to start the trip to Agra. During the approximately three-hour drive, the traveler may converse with the driver and observe the rural and village scenery of India. Upon reaching Agra, the location of the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Taj Mahal, the traveler meets a local guide. Approaching the city provides early views of the 17th-century Taj Mahal.

Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb Visit

After lunch, the tour proceeds to the Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb, a Mughal mausoleum. The title Itmad-ud-Daulah belonged to Mirza Ghiyath Beg, father of Nur Jahan, who was the Empire's Lord of Treasure and later Wazir under Jahangir. Nur Jahan completed the tomb's construction in 1628 AD, about seven years after her father's death. In the evening, travelers depart from Agra to Delhi according to their flight schedule, and the driver transfers them to Delhi Airport or their hotel.
