This seven-hour Tamarindo Try Scuba Diving Basic Diver course allows participants to experience breathing underwater without prior certification. The day begins with a brief introduction and safety explanation led by a scuba instructor. Participants then learn to use the scuba equipment, including the regulator, on land before entering the water. Most of the course takes place in shallow water where the instructor guides participants through basic scuba skills until they feel comfortable breathing and moving underwater. Full scuba equipment is provided for use throughout the course. Carbonated beverages, bottled water, and snacks are included to keep participants refreshed during breaks.
