Participants start by preparing for a tandem paragliding flight in the Stubai Valley close to Innsbruck. The flight lasts about one hour, during which passengers glide over the alpine landscape while secured by a helmet and safety belt. Suitable shoes and clothing are provided if needed. The flight offers a view from above of one of the valleys in the Alps. The cable car ride to the launch point is not included and must be paid separately.
