Overview

Meet at Cellar Door were you will start a guided tour of the grounds, taking in the history of the vineyard and Joe’s story. Guests will be taken through the sparkling wine making process while on a guided walk of the grounds, then undertake your own liqueur d’expedition dosage trials to craft a bottle of sparkling to your exact taste. Each guest will receive a bottle of their blend to enjoy on the day and may order sparkling wine at their own dosage rate to be sent following their visit. Here you will also have the opportunity to taste other Josef Chromy wines before relaxing in the restaurant with a 2 course lunch with paired wines.
