The Escape Game in San Francisco offers puzzle-solving adventures lasting about 75 minutes in a downtown location on Kearny Street, near the Crocker Galleria. The venue is close to many restaurants including Julie's Kitchen, Café de la Presse, and The Grove - Yerba Buena, all within walking distance for after-game meals or drinks. There are five themed escape rooms available, including the most challenging one called Prison Break. Each game can host up to 8 players, except Playground which fits 12 players. These family-friendly games use multiple rooms and require teams to find clues and solve puzzles to complete their mission. The experience includes admission for one adventure. Players should plan on 15 minutes before the game for preparation and briefing and 15 minutes afterward for debrief and photos. The escape rooms are designed to be exciting and suitable for a wide audience, without scary or dark elements. Groups may share a game with other players unless all spots are booked. Players under 18 must have an adult present, and anyone 14 or younger needs an adult participant. The rooms have locked doors with exit buttons allowing players to leave at any time if needed.
