Overview

This six-hour tour in Sicily begins in Taormina and visits two towns featured in Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather films. The trip first passes through the villages of Sant Alessio and Santa Teresa before arriving in Savoca. Visitors spend about four hours in Savoca, starting at the Vitelli Bar, where several scenes from the movie were filmed and photos related to the film are displayed. The tour then continues to the Church of Santa Lucia, the location of Michael Corleone and Appolonia's wedding scene. Afterward, the Capuchin crypt is visited, which contains several mummified bodies in a small catacomb. Following the visit to Savoca, the tour moves on to Forza d'Agro, a town featured in all three Godfather films. Here, visitors learn about the town's connection to the movies and see the locations where scenes were filmed. The tour includes transportation and commentary about the film locations.
