Baidi City is surrounded by water on all sides, with well-preserved historical sites such as Baidi Temple, Tuogu Hall, and the Stele Forest, vividly recreating the historical scene of Liu Bei entrusting his son. The Kuimen observation deck is an excellent spot to capture the 10-yuan RMB banknote background, with the towering Chijia Mountain and Baiyan Mountain on both banks, offering a grand and stunning river view. The 8-kilometer Qutang Gorge combines grandeur, wonder, and ruggedness. Boating through it, with emerald waves reflecting the sheer cliffs and lush greenery covering the mountains, allows for an immersive experience of the beauty of a high gorge and flat lake. The scenic area implements a real-name reservation system, requiring visitors' valid identification documents. Except for special circumstances, the scenic area is open all year round. Ferry operating hours within the scenic area: Zhongyi Ferry Terminal to Jiangxia Ferry Terminal 08:30-16:30, Jiangxia Ferry Terminal to Zhongyi Ferry Terminal 09:00-17:00, one departure every 30 minutes. In case of strong winds, heavy fog, heavy rain, or other special reasons such as floods or navigation bans, the ferry schedule will be temporarily adjusted. The ticket is valid for the day and for one entry. With the ticket, you can ride the scenic area's internal shuttle boat for free. Please keep your ticket for inspection.
