No refunds will be issued once you have arrived at the store and used the rental service. If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be given. Changing your package upon arrival: ① Same-priced kimono: Changes are allowed. ② Higher than the reserved price: Upgrade by paying the difference. ③ Lower than the reserved price: We will provide you with a kimono at or below the price of your original reserved package, but please understand that we cannot refund the price difference. Please return the kimono to the store by 17:00 on the same day. ① 17:0017:30, please inform our staff in advance, no extension fee will be charged. ② 17:3020:00, extension fee = 250 JPY/10min. ③ Return on the following day, the extension fee is 3000 JPY (no deposit will be charged for the extension). ※ If you choose to return the kimono by mail the next day, an additional 3500 JPY (postage fee) will be charged. If the kimono has obvious stains or damage due to personal reasons, you will be required to pay the corresponding compensation.
This activity has no age limit Even if a child meets the height standard, they may not be suitable for adult-sized kimonos due to differences in body shape. The final applicable plan will be confirmed by on-site staff based on actual body shape; if the special 2,800 JPY ladies' plan is not suitable, assistance will be provided to switch to an appropriate plan and make up the difference.
Opening hours: 9:00-17:00. Please return the clothing to the store before 17:00 on the same day. Overdue returns will incur an extension fee. Contact Number the number on your voucher If you are more than 30 minutes late and do not contact us, you will be considered a no-show and no refund will be given. You will be charged a corresponding fee for any noticeable stains or damage to the kimono caused by personal reasons. Our luggage storage service is limited to carry-on bags and changes of clothes. We are unable to store large luggage items. Thank you for your understanding. Prohibitions & Limitations Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service.
