Sumo-Stable Visit

Sumo is a traditional Japanese sport dating back to the 1600s, practiced professionally only in Japan. Wrestlers live in communal stables where strict customs govern their daily lives. Many stables do not allow foreign visitors, and those that do require adherence to rules. Visitors can watch wrestlers practice sumo but must avoid eating, loud talking, or using flash photography to prevent distractions.
