Overview

Experience Japanese culture through a sushi-making workshop in Harajuku, just minutes from Harajuku Station. In a studio decorated with tatami mats and samurai armor, you’ll learn how to prepare vinegared rice and choose ingredients before making your own hand-rolled sushi with tuna, salmon, shrimp, egg, and seasonal vegetables. Wear a traditional happi coat and enjoy great photo opportunities. After the workshop, taste the sushi you created.
