This program is a light, 45-minute session starting at 8:00 AM, making it perfect for travelers who want to make the most of their morning before continuing their day in Tokyo. The experience takes place in a safe mat facility, ensuring comfort and security for all participants. Unlike full-scale sumo training, this program focuses on light, beginner-friendly movements such as shiko (leg stomping) and suriashi (sliding steps), inspired by real sumo practice. It’s an ideal introduction to sumo culture for beginners and international visitors alike. You’ll also have time for photos, making it a memorable part of your trip to Japan.
