Overview

This one-hour Torquay Coastal RIB Seafari in Devon travels along the coastline of Torbay and The English Riviera. The trip passes by coves, caves, natural limestone arches, isolated rocky islands, and quiet beaches. The route includes a five-minute stop near Thatcher Rock, a rocky island where seals often rest. Another five-minute stop is made at a protected rock island that serves as a natural bird reserve, home to guillemots, shags, cormorants, oyster catchers, and other sea birds. Passengers may see seals sunbathing, various sea birds, and the resident pod of dolphins during the trip. Lifejackets are provided for the entire journey. Passengers should wear layered clothing because the operator does not supply additional outerwear, and conditions on the water tend to be cooler.
