This three-hour PADI scuba diving introduction takes place in Tossa de Mar, near Girona, Spain. The session begins with one hour of theoretical instruction covering the use of diving equipment, underwater hand signals, and the procedures for the dive. After the briefing, participants spend about one hour diving underwater with guidance from a professional instructor. Photos and videos are taken during the dive to provide a souvenir. The activity includes all necessary diving equipment and diving insurance. Participants should bring a swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit and a towel if they wish to shower afterward. All participants must be in good health with no ear, heart, or breathing problems; pregnant women cannot take part. Flying is prohibited for 12 hours after the dive. Gratuities are not included.
