This three-hour cooking class takes place at a family farmhouse located 4 km from San Gimignano. The instructor and her uncle guide participants through preparing a traditional Tuscan meal. The class begins with a variety of typical Tuscan antipasti. Next, participants make one type of handmade pasta and prepare two different sauces to go with it. The meal concludes with a second course featuring meat. Alcoholic beverages are included in the class.

Cooking is our passion, we grew up watching our mothers and grandmothers prepare every day recipes of traditional tuscan cooking. We are excited to share our recipes and the secrets of real tuscan food. If you are celiac, you need to book all the 6 spot, as it will be exclusive class We will teach you how to prepare an authentic 5-6 courses tuscany lunch or dinner. Each of the 5-6 courses is paired with our local Tuscan wines. Most importantly, we teach you how the food should taste, and your senses will be delighted. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to enjoy a real tuscan family. The menu is based on seasonal and local products from our area. We also organise vegetarian and gluten free cooking classes, and we accomodate food allergies, just let us know!
