The wines are served alongside organic extra virgin olive oil, flatbread, and pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. Guests also receive a selection of local cheeses and cured meats paired with fresh vegetables from the estate garden. The tasting ends with a custom chocolate praline matched with the Tuscan Red wine, followed by Vin Santo del Chianti “Curato” paired with traditional Tuscan cantuccini.
