The tour begins with a guided walk through the estate’s vegetable garden, orchard, vineyard, olive grove, and the Vin Santo aging room known as the vinsantaia. Visitors also see the historic cellar and view a collection of traditional farming tools. The tasting lasts about two hours and 45 minutes and includes eight organic wines produced on the estate: “Casa Lucii” DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano; two vintages of “Mareterra” DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva; “Spicchio” IGT Toscana Rosé; “Fuscelli” DOCG Chianti; “Senarum” DOCG Chianti Colli Senesi; and “Arturo” IGT Tuscan Red. The wines are served alongside organic extra virgin olive oil, flatbread, and pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. Guests also receive a selection of local cheeses and cured meats paired with fresh vegetables from the estate garden. The tasting ends with a custom chocolate praline matched with the Tuscan Red wine, followed by Vin Santo del Chianti “Curato” paired with traditional Tuscan cantuccini. Bottled water and alcoholic beverages are included.
