Over about three hours, participants receive skip-the-line entry and use headsets to hear the licensed guide clearly. The first part of the tour covers highlights such as the Pinecone Courtyard, Pio-Clementino Museum’s ancient sculptures, and the Vatican Galleries, with detailed commentary on the artworks. Next, the group visits the Sistine Chapel, where the guide explains Michelangelo’s frescoes including the Creation of Adam and The Last Judgment from outside the chapel, respecting its required silence and reverence. The guide discusses the history and artistic challenges behind these famous works. If selected, the tour ends with a fast-track entry to St. Peter’s Basilica.
