Overview

Vienna’s historical center holds centuries of architecture and stories. This small-group walking tour, lasting about two and a half hours, visits key sites in the old town with a maximum of six guests. A professional guide leads the route, beginning at Albertinaplatz near the Vienna State Opera. The tour passes through the oldest sections of the city, including narrow alleys where Mozart and Beethoven once lived. It continues to St. Stephen's Cathedral, a major Gothic landmark. Then the walk moves through the courtyards of the Hofburg Imperial Palace, where guests learn about the Habsburg family and significant events from Austria’s 20th-century history. The tour ends near the Vienna State Opera. Hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Gratuities are not part of the tour price.
